Morgan Philips Executive Search is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and develop the local compliance framework in Belgium. The role focuses on promoting ethical practices, managing regulatory risk, and supporting senior stakeholders with governance and compliance initiatives.

You will drive the compliance agenda, update policies, and coordinate across management to strengthen processes, while fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Law or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk or Regulatory affairs.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate compliance activities across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and suggest mitigations.
• Provide guidance to management on regulatory issues.
• Prepare governance documentation and annual plans.
• Oversee monitoring activities and control reviews.
• Drive awareness through training and communications.
• Support internal investigations and whistleblowing where required.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for regulatory alignment.
• Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance framework improvements.
• Coach colleagues involved in compliance activities.
