This role involves mitigating legal and regulatory risks, monitoring compliance, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree and at least 7 years of experience, with fluency in Dutch and French. Competitive compensation and a hybrid working model are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR).
• Experience in compliance auditing.

Responsabilités

• Mitigate legal risks by implementing compliance programs.
• Monitor and assess compliance with regulations.
• Lead risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs.
• Prepare compliance reports for regulatory authorities.

Connaissances

Fluent in Dutch

Fluent in French

Good knowledge of English

In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations

Formation
