Job summary

Keytrade Bank SA is seeking a Compliance Regulatory Officer to strengthen its Regulatory Compliance team in Brussels. You will advise, guide and train business and project teams on MiFID, deontology, whistleblowing, CRS/FATCA/QI, and marketing, with daily support for regulatory matters.

The role reports to the Regulatory Compliance Manager and involves monitoring regulatory requirements, drafting procedures, preparing responses, and conducting trainings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance in banking or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of drafting internal procedures and policies; regulatory watch.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory requirements within Compliance Regulatory scope.
• Draft, review and update internal procedures and Arkéa Group rules.
• Write procedures and guidelines for new/regulatory changes.
• Prepare information requests responses for authorities and auditors.
• Draft periodical reports to the Group.
