Job summary

Brussels Airport Company is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Officer to join its Brussels-based team. The role covers a broad range of regulatory and advisory duties within an international investment environment, offering significant autonomy and close collaboration with Compliance, Legal and the wider organization.

You will develop and implement the compliance framework, monitor regulatory changes, and handle AML/CFT matters with a pragmatic, risk-based approach.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in regulatory/compliance roles.
• Experience with European regulatory matters is required.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the compliance and risk framework.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements into practical solutions for the business.
• Lead AML/CFT matters and support regulatory reporting and filings.
• Support oversight of external providers and regulatory interactions.
• Provide compliance guidance across the investment and fund activities.
• Advise on compliance matters related to international development and expansion.
• Engage in various regulatory projects and broaden responsibilities over time.

As Regulatory & Compliance Officer, you will take on a broad role within the organisation’s compliance function. You will:

• Contribute to the further development and day-to-day implementation of the organisation’s compliance and risk framework.
• Monitor regulatory developments and help translate new requirements into practical solutions for the business.

• Support interactions with regulators and contribute to regulatory reporting and filing requirements.
