Kurv Industrial is seeking a senior procurement professional to drive public procurement programs for energy-efficient renovation projects and related services in Belgian public sector contexts. You will prepare, launch and manage procedures, draft tender documents and contract documentation, and advise stakeholders on procurement strategy, risks and decisions.

The role demands excellent drafting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage complex files

Qualifications

• Senior experience in procurement, public procurement, tendering, or contract management.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement rules and procedures.
• Experience with works contracts, framework agreements, or technical services is an asset.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage complex files independently.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, and/or English depending on the project context.

Our client serves as a central purchasing body for public entities. They launch framework agreements for the energy-efficient renovation of entire buildings and HVAC installations, roof renovations, solar panel installations, various certifications, and more. This results in a wide range of challenging contracts for works and related services, both upstream, tendering and award, and downstream, contract management.
