SNCB/NMBS, via YPTO, seeks a Contract and Vendor Manager to lead IT procurement initiatives, including ADMS and cybersecurity services, in a multi-vendor environment near Brussels.

You will govern contracts, oversee SLAs/KPIs, manage supplier relations, and ensure compliance with public procurement law while partnering with senior management.

Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required; you will operate from Brussels with remote-work options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 10+ years in IT procurement environments.
• Experience with public procurement and utility sectors.
• Strong contract and vendor management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Ability to influence senior management decisions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
