Wlgroup in Brussels seeks a senior contracting professional to run end-to-end acquisitions from market research through tender and negotiation to award. The role is mostly off site, with regular days in Brussels, and requires independent delivery across complex programmes.

You will lead tender, evaluation and acquisition processes, advise on sourcing models, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee contract performance with robust record-keeping and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-award and post-award contracting on high-value acquisitions.
• Ability to lead tender, evaluation and acquisition processes.
• Experience in large international institutions or companies.
• Strong briefing and writing skills; able to brief senior management.
• Familiarity with e-procurement and procure-to-pay tooling.

Responsabilités

• Run tender, evaluation and acquisition processes on complex, high-value requirements.
• Research suppliers and markets, turning that into sourcing strategy.
• Advise on sourcing models and tender policy and procedures.
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners, including acceptance criteria.
• Oversee delivery against the contract, using performance measures.
• Keep procurement records and ensure system compliance.
