Neurho Solutions is seeking a project manager to structure and govern a large digital transformation program in Belgium. You will coordinate dependencies, risks and transitions while modernising legacy systems, working with developers, tech leads and architects to align technical and business priorities.

You will run steering committees, facilitate business workshops, and help define target processes and user journeys, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and change across IT and business

Formación

• Experience leading application projects or digital transformations.
• Extensive change management and governance experience.
• Strong coordination with development teams and architects.

Responsabilidades

• Structure the project into phases with production releases, maintain roadmap, budget and governance.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and transitions while old and new systems coexist.
• Balance technical constraints with business priorities with developers, leads, analysts and architect.
• Prepare steering committees, report progress and propose actions for risks.
• Run business workshops with a business analyst to define target processes and user journeys.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communication and change across business and IT teams.
• Prepare implementation plan, resource estimates and governance for first modernisation phase.
