Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies seeks a Senior Account Manager, Cell Therapy Technologies to drive profitable growth across Southern Europe, Central Europe & Emerging Markets. You will lead strategic accounts, build executive relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver capital equipment, consumables, software and services in a multi-country territory.

Qualifications

10+ years of successful sales experience in life sciences or related fields.
Proven ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Knowledge of cell therapy/bioprocessing workflows and GMP environments.
Willingness to travel up to 70% across Europe and internationally.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute territory and key-account strategies aligned with regional growth objectives.
Build executive-level relationships with C-suite, manufacturing and quality leaders.
Lead multi-stakeholder sales processes spanning scientific, clinical, technical, and financial buying influences.
Represent the company at conferences and develop thought leadership with key opinion leaders.
Maintain CRM pipeline, provide reliable forecasts and support demand planning.
Coach and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure compliant execution.
