Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Belgium seeks an EMEA Marketing Communications Manager to drive 360° MarCom campaigns across Europe, Middle East and Africa, translating regional strategy into compliant, compelling content that accelerates demand and funnel conversion.

You will partner with Global Marcom and regional teams, manage agencies, and ensure customer experience is at the center, with a focus on digital channels, events, and multi‑channel programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in MarCom or digital MarCom, healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience running integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsabilités

• Design and own integrated 360° MarCom programs across EMEA.
• Collaborate with global and regional Marcom to align with strategy.
• Partner with commercial teams to translate market needs into content.
• Center customer experience in digital content, campaigns, and events.
• Oversee congresses and customer events, virtual, in-person or hybrid.
