Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies seeks a Senior Account Manager to drive profitable growth across the UK, Ireland, Benelux, France and Sweden. You will manage a complex multi-country territory, leading academic and hospital centers and biopharma partners, spanning capital equipment, consumables, software and services.

This is a field-based role with extensive cross-border collaboration and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 10+ years sales experience in life sciences or cell therapy with multi-country accounts.
• Proven success closing long, complex multi-stakeholder deals across countries.
• Knowledge of cell therapy workflows and GMP environments; able to influence executive stakeholders.
• English fluency required; French/Dutch preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory and key-account strategies.
• Build executive-level relationships with C-suite and procurement.
• Grow share of wallet and establish Terumo BCT as long-term partner.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales processes spanning scientific, clinical and purchasing.
• Provide voice-of-customer insights to inform portfolio decisions.
