Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Brussels, BE seeks a Regional Marketing Communications Manager EMEA to lead end-to-end MarCom programs that span digital, content, events and sales enablement across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

You will translate regional strategies into omni-channel campaigns, collaborate with global teams, and ensure compliant, impactful content that drives demand and accelerates funnel conversion. Travel ~10% and cross-functional leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in MarCom or digital MarCom in healthcare, medtech or pharma.
• Experience running integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ability to translate scientific/clinical content into MarCom.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Design and own integrated, 360° MarCom programs across EMEA for the portfolio.
• Partner with Global Marketing Communications to align with global strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to understand market needs and translate insights.
• Place customer experience at the center of digital content and events.
• Manage MarCom content and campaigns for congresses and customer events (virtual, in-person, hybrid).
• Define KPIs, measure ROI, and pilot new channels including AI-enabled capabilities.
