Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies (Terumo BCT) seeks a Senior Account Manager to drive profitable growth across the UK&I, Benelux, France and Sweden. You will own a complex multi-country territory, managing academic and hospital cell therapy centres, research institutes and biopharma partners from clinical to commercial GMP scale.

• 10+ years of demonstrable sales experience in life sciences, biotech, bioprocessing or cell/gene therapy.
• Experience winning long, complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Proven ability to influence executive, clinical, quality and procurement stakeholders across multiple countries.
