Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Regional Marketing Communications Manager EMEA to drive end-to-end MarCom programs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will transform regional strategy into omni-channel campaigns, partnering with global teams and commercial partners to accelerate demand and funnel conversion.

Based in Belgium (Zaventem/Brussels area), this role requires ~10% travel, collaboration with medical affairs, legal, regulatory, and creative teams, and a focus

Qualifications

• Proven track record in MarCom or digital MarCom (minimum 7 years' experience) in healthcare, medtech or pharma.
• Experience running integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms (social, display, email, web).
• Experience translating scientific content into engaging MarCom materials.

Responsabilités

• Design and own integrated 360° MarCom programs across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional Marcom to align with strategy.
• Partner with commercial teams to translate market insight into content.
• Ensure customer experience and compliance across digital and physical channels.
• Lead relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and patient associations.
• Define KPIs and track campaign performance.
