Job summary

Rhox in Belgium is seeking a senior partner management expert to oversee Microsoft contracts and Digital Workplace suppliers, aligning licensing, asset management and operating-model design.

You will manage true-ups, renewals, licence optimisation and audits, govern supplier performance with SLAs and roadmaps, and lead tendering, bids and supplier transitions.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and licensing compliance, plus Dutch or French (C1) and English (B2) are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFI/RFP preparation and supplier governance.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture linking contracts and technology.
• Ability to design operating models and digital strategy for tech and business.
• Public-sector knowledge.
• Fluency in Dutch or French at C1 level; English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Manage Enterprise Agreement true-ups, renewals, licence optimisation, audits and financial reporting.
• Govern Digital Workplace supplier performance, SLAs, escalations and roadmaps.
• Write and defend tenders, assess bids and support supplier transitions.
• Implement software and hardware asset management processes, tools and governance.
• Map infrastructure and operations processes, roles and organizational impacts.
