Job summary

Rhox is looking for a senior HR business partner to advise managers across generalist HR topics and recruit for central roles in Brussels. You will help implement and improve HR processes during organisational change, working closely with other HR business partners.

In this role you will map HR needs, coach managers, manage recruitment for central roles, and oversee talent and career management. You will conduct career discussions and return-to-work meetings after long-term absences, reporting

Qualifications

Five years of generalist HR experience.
Seven years of leadership development experience.
Seven years supporting managers across HR areas.
Bachelor's or master's degree in social sciences or HRM.
Dutch language at C2 level.

Responsibilities

Map HR needs and translate them into practical actions.
Advise managers on coaching and appraisal discussions.
Manage recruitment and selection for central roles.
Oversee talent, competency and career management processes.
Conduct career discussions and return-to-work meetings following long-term absence.
Report progress, issues and results to management and HR colleagues.
