Job summary

Neurho Solutions seeks a Senior Business and Functional Analyst to help rebuild a multilingual legal and regulatory knowledge base. You will lead workshops with content managers and experts, map processes, and define personas and user journeys including API partners and AI tools.

You will specify publication rules, write acceptance criteria, and validate increments with UAT, using SQL to test hypotheses, while shaping data governance at the platform's core.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• 10+ years of BPMN experience.
• 10+ years of ArchiMate experience.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts and practices.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• English at C1 level.
• Dutch or French at C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops with content managers, subject-matter experts and key users.
• Map content processes and inventory existing application's search, taxonomy, subscriptions and user profiles.
• Gather and prioritise requirements using MoSCoW and build/refine the product backlog.
• Define personas and user journeys, including API partners and AI tools.
• Specify document classification and agree publication rules with stakeholders.
• Write intent specifications and acceptance criteria for development pipeline.
• Validate increments, coordinate user acceptance testing and use SQL data to support hypotheses.
