Job summary

Neurho Solutions in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst to drive an AI transformation initiative. You will structure and document business and solution requirements, guiding them from analysis through design and testing.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects and SMEs to interpret strategies, manage traceability, and coordinate with development teams for successful delivery. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Dutch, French and English at C1 level, written and spoken.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of IT and software testing.
• Experience in requirements management.
• Understanding of workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
• Work with product owners, architects and SMEs to understand strategies and share knowledge across projects.
• Analyse and design business processes, and define product requirements and use cases.
• Help define application metrics and performance goals with the project team.
• Explain requirements to designers and translate them into test conditions and expected results.
• Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis, and review designs, prototypes and other work products.
• Plan and lead the business analysis effort throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating dependencies with development and technology teams and liaising with business stakeholders.
