Job summary

Neurho is seeking an AI Engineer to build robust foundations for AI solutions, focusing on reusable components, model integrations, retrieval, evaluation and observability. You will implement AI services, APIs, and automation, while ensuring security, privacy and governance alignment.

You will collaborate with data and platform teams to manage test data flows, and maintain documentation, runbooks and examples, enabling production-grade deployments and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of large language models and embeddings.
• Experience with AI evaluation methods and model APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and observability.
• Proficiency in cloud or container platforms.
• At least five years in software/ML roles.
• Strong attention to security, privacy, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI services, agents, retrieval solutions and API integrations.
• Build reusable components for model access, prompting, context management, evaluation, logging, cost tracking and error handling.
• Set up automated tests and evaluations covering quality, reliability, security, performance and cost.
• Apply CI/CD, MLOps and LLMOps practices for versioning, deployment, configuration, monitoring and rollback.
• Support sandboxes and proofs of concept, and prepare solutions for production in line with architecture, security and governance conditions.
• Work with data and platform teams on privacy-safe test data, data flows and integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and examples; investigate operational issues and improve solutions using logs, evaluations and feedback.
