Job summary

Neurho Solutions seeks a Senior Business and Functional Analyst to help rebuild a multilingual legal and regulatory knowledge base. You will lead workshops with content managers and experts, map processes, and define personas and user journeys including API partners and AI tools.

You will specify publication rules, write acceptance criteria, and validate increments with UAT, using SQL to test hypotheses, while shaping data governance at the platform's core.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• 10+ years of BPMN experience.
• 10+ years of ArchiMate experience.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts and practices.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• English at C1 level.

We are looking for a Senior Business and Functional Analyst to help rebuild a multilingual legal and regulatory knowledge base. You will join a small senior team laying the foundations for a phased platform development, with data governance at the heart of the architecture. Your analysis and specifications will guide AI-assisted development, with systematic human review.

Your role

• Run workshops with content managers, subject-matter experts and key users.
• Map content processes and inventory the existing application's search, taxonomy, subscriptions and user profiles.
• Gather and prioritise requirements using MoSCoW, and build and refine the product backlog.

• At least ten years of experience with Agile.
