You will take ownership of initiatives that cross products, processes and teams, connecting customer needs and strategic objectives with practical delivery. The mission combines product discovery, business analysis and data-informed decisions in a complex environment.

Your role

• Frame cross-team opportunities and initiatives, defining their scope, outcomes, dependencies and delivery approach.
• Bring business, product, process, IT and control stakeholders together and maintain alignment throughout delivery.
• Assess solution options and prepare business cases, impact analyses, roadmaps and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Lead discovery activities, from customer journey mapping and concept validation to MVP definition and mock-ups.
• Translate business needs into capabilities and requirements, leaving detailed feature ownership with the responsible teams.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks and decisions, and support implementation, testing and adoption.
• Travel occasionally within Belgium or internationally when needed.

You have

• Experience leading complex cross-functional or cross-domain initiatives.
