We are looking for a Domain Delivery Lead to bring several agile squads together around the modernisation of business applications. On this Neurho mission, you will turn business priorities into a shared roadmap, coordinate delivery across teams and help build a more integrated IT environment. The role combines project leadership with the development of autonomous teams, with room to reshape working methods rather than simply maintain existing practices.

- Build the overall delivery plan with the teams, coordinate dependencies and make priority decisions transparently.
- Establish a clear decision-making framework that supports team autonomy and growing maturity.
- Facilitate cross-team synchronisations, reviews and retrospectives, sharing useful practices and lessons learnt.
- Remove organisational and delivery obstacles by connecting teams, business stakeholders and IT.
- Coach people, exchange constructive feedback and foster trust, transparency and continuous improvement.
- Manage project change requests with the relevant stakeholders.
- Report progress, risks and difficulties to the appropriate governance bodies, escalating significant issues promptly.
- Work with suppliers as delivery partners and follow up their contributions.
- Manage the budget and resource capacity.
You have
- Clear, persuasive communication of complex IT concepts in accessible business language.
- Translation of strategic direction and business needs into an operational roadmap and clear delivery priorities.
- Servant leadership that gives squads autonomy and removes organisational and administrative obstacles.
- At least ten years of complex stakeholder management in digitalisation projects, including public-sector stakeholders, with practice within the past 12 months.
- Substantial experience in a business-IT liaison role where non-technical communication was central.
- Experience in people management of large multidisciplinary teams organised into autonomous squads.
- Experience in budget management within public-sector funding limits.
- Experience in capacity management and resource allocation.
- At least ten years in a comparable delivery management role, coordinating and directing several teams, with practice within the past 12 months.
- At least five years of Agile experience, applying iterative methods to IT projects in complex environments.
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies.
- At least ten years of experience with IT governance frameworks, used within the past 12 months.
- Sound knowledge of delivery management practices.
- Substantial IT project management experience involving multiple stakeholders and cross-team dependencies.
- Proven experience in business process optimisation.
- Proven experience in business process reengineering.
- Command of change management principles in organisational and digital transformations.
- Knowledge of application management, including application lifecycles, maintenance and evolution.
- Delivery planning and prioritisation aligned with strategic objectives, business needs and available capacity.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills, including identification of risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
- At least five years of Agile team coordination, connecting IT teams and business stakeholders, with practice within the past 12 months.
- At least ten years of project team leadership, with practice within the past 12 months.
- The ability to influence and mobilise people without hierarchical authority.
- Excellent communication and active listening, adapting messages to teams, business stakeholders, management and suppliers.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence that create psychological safety and encourage people to speak openly.
- Diplomacy in resolving tensions and conflicts and negotiating mutually acceptable solutions.
- Facilitation and coaching that help teams and individuals develop.
- A calm, resilient and solution-focused approach under pressure.
- Openness to adaptation and continuous learning.
- Integrity and transparency, leading by example.
