Asenium Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a ServiceNow squad focused on optimizing end-to-end client request management. You will translate complex business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes functional analysis, process modelling (UML/ARIS), and strong writing and communication skills, with fluency in Dutch, French, and English expected in a Belgian context.

Qualifications

• Must have strong functional analysis background.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques (UML, ARIS, mock-ups).
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, understand, and challenge business needs with a client-centric approach.
• Assess requirements against ServiceNow capabilities and tooling strategy.
• Model end-to-end processes and data flows with UML/ARIS/mock-ups.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing to ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage risks, issues, and impediments.
• Support onboarding and change management by mapping needs to functionalities.
• Contribute to functional analysis and provide documentation for autonomous development.
