• Model and document end-to-end processes and data flows using UML, ARIS, mock-ups, and other visual techniques.
• Translate business needs into clear, validated, and actionable requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to functional analysis and provide sufficient documentation for autonomous development.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support business onboarding and change management by mapping needs to delivered functionalities.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage dependencies, constraints, risks, issues, and impediments.

Must-have requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Functional analysis knowledge.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques, including UML, ARIS, and mock-ups.
• Strong understanding of workflow processes.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
