Job summary

Almaviva Group in Belgium seeks a Business Analysis and Incident Management professional to translate requirements into formal documentation and support the full incident lifecycle. You will coordinate with international teams, maintain Wikis, and use Jira/Confluence to track issues and projects.

The role emphasizes requirements engineering, BPMN/UML documentation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work remotely from Europe across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience using Wikis and collaborative tools.
• At least 3 years with ticketing management systems and/or Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• At least 5 years working with international or multicultural teams, preferably in highly regulated environments.
• At least 2 years of experience with administrative business processes in large organizations.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid citizenship of an EU member state.
• Availability to work remotely from Europe.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Facilitate requirements engineering activities, ensuring business needs are properly captured and documented.
• Maintain documentation using Wikis and collaborative platforms, supporting effective knowledge sharing across teams.
• Work with ticketing management systems and Agile tools to track issues, requirements, and project activities.
• Analyze and support administrative business processes within large organizations.
• Collaborate with international and multicultural teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Support business process modeling and documentation using BPMN and UML.
