Asenium Consulting in Brussels seeks a Digital Business Analyst to drive development and optimization of digital channels for corporate banking users. The role is hybrid: 50% on-site in Brussels and 50% remote.

You will lead requirements gathering, translate needs into user stories, map journeys and define MVPs, while engaging stakeholders to stay aligned on goals, scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation projects
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, journey mapping and user-story slicing
• Knowledge of BPMN and delivery frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP
• Experience managing digital projects from planning through delivery and closure
• Proven ability to create and validate business cases and perform cost-benefit, root-cause and SWOT analyses
• Data-analysis skills using Excel, BusinessObjects or comparable tools
• Strong stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation, presentation and written communication
• Fluent English and excellent command of either Dutch or French

We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to drive the development and continuous optimization of digital channels for corporate banking users.

Work setup: Hybrid in Brussels - 50% on-site and 50% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis and product discovery activities.
• Translate customer needs, business objectives and pain points into business specifications, user stories and valuable digital solutions.
• Map customer journeys, assess opportunities, validate concepts and define MVPs and mock‑ups.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain alignment on objectives, scope, timelines and progress.
• Evaluate solution feasibility based on customer value, business impact, costs and implementation constraints.
• Prepare business cases, decision‑making materials and presentations for governance and change management.
• Support testing, clarify business requirements and coordinate incident resolution with functional analysts and developers.
• Manage digital initiatives through planning, execution, monitoring and closure in an Agile environment.

Must-have requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation projects in consulting or client‑facing environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, OKR definition, customer journey mapping and user‑story slicing.
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and delivery frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Experience managing digital projects from planning through delivery and closure.
• Proven ability to create and validate business cases and perform cost‑benefit, root‑cause and SWOT analyses.
• Data‑analysis skills using Excel, BusinessObjects or comparable market‑leading tools.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, workshop‑facilitation, presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience using collaborative tools, including digital whiteboards and SharePoint.
• Fluent English and excellent command of either Dutch or French.
