In4Matic seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a complex digital transformation in a public-sector setting. You will optimize processes across authorities, map current and future workflows, and translate policy needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

You will assist IT teams and vendors during functional analysis and UAT, monitor risks, and drive adoption through documentation and training materials across the rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior business analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong background in business analysis, functional analysis, and process modelling.
• Experience with PRINCE2 and Agile delivery methods.
• Experience with complex data flows involving multiple parties.
• Public-sector project experience is a plus.
• Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured and detail-oriented with emphasis on documentation.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and optimize business processes across multiple public authorities and judicial stakeholders.
• Map current and future-state processes with focus on data quality and information flows.
• Translate policy and process needs into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Support IT teams and vendors during functional analysis and UAT.
• Monitor progress, raise risks, and report issues to the project lead.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders to align ways of working.
• Support the definition of a uniform approach to traffic offence recidivism handling.
• Produce end-user documentation and contribute to training materials and rollout.
