In4Matic is seeking a rigorous Functional Analyst to translate complex business requirements into precise, buildable specifications. You will work within a fast-moving delivery team to ensure functional specs, data rules and system behaviour are aligned with real-world needs.

You will translate requirements into detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria, define API contracts, and support testing and UAT.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business needs into precise functional specs.
• Experience producing detailed specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with data rules and system behaviour across integrations.

Responsabilités

• Review requirements for completeness and feasibility.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specs and user stories.
• Define API contracts, data payloads and integration behaviour.
• Define non-functional requirements such as latency and availability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and testers throughout delivery.
• Support test preparation and UAT.
• Perform ad-hoc SQL validation of business rules.
