Keystone Solutions seeks a senior Business Analyst to drive from as-is to to-be process flows and optimize data exchange across government services. You will craft user stories, manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with IT vendors for UAT in a complex justice-digitization program.

You will collaborate with public entities to improve accessibility, trust, and service delivery, and you’ll help establish uniform approaches to recidivism data related to traffic offenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior profile.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with PRINCE 2, AGILE and analytical control.
• Experience with multi-party data-flow projects is a plus.
• Government project experience is a plus.
• Good English, fluent in Dutch or French, with ability to understand the other language.

Responsabilités

• Conduct business analyses, including creating as-is and to-be process flows.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process flows.
• Analyze and optimize data exchange between government services.
• Develop clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with IT vendors during analysis and perform UAT.
• Report risks, bottlenecks, dependencies to the Project Manager.
• Ensure accessible documentation on collaboration tools.
• Support the Public Prosecutor's Office on uniform recidivism approach for traffic offenses.
• Facilitate working groups and meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate analysis for central recidivism database for traffic offenses.
• Prepare user manuals for end-users.
• Develop and support training for new or modified functionalities.
