Rhox in Belgium is seeking a Junior Product Owner to translate business needs into prioritised roadmaps and data product backlogs, aligning with Data Mesh principles and cross‑functional delivery teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data analysts and engineers to refine requirements, prioritise by value, and support sprint planning and releases in an agile setup.

The role suits someone with 1+ year of relevant experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint skills, and English at C1.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data Management or Agile Delivery.
• Understanding of data products, Data Mesh principles, and data, reporting, analytics or information management.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Agile environments using Scrum, SAFe or Agile@Scale.
• Knowledge of stakeholder management, prioritisation techniques and value-based delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• English at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Define product objectives and roadmaps around business needs and data priorities.
• Capture and refine requirements with stakeholders and data analysts.
• Prioritise backlog items by business value, risk, dependencies and capacity.
• Make functional scope decisions and resolve competing priorities.
• Support sprint planning, reviews and release planning with delivery squads.
• Track delivery against objectives and improve product and delivery processes.
