Rhox is seeking an expert IT Functional Analyst to translate business needs into detailed solutions across existing IT systems, with a strong focus on KYC analysis and Agile delivery from initial analysis through production support.

You will clarify requirements, define data and processes, coordinate architects and technical teams, support testing and deployment, and maintain up-to-date solution documentation while working closely with operational teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in functional analysis.
• Knowledge of KYC processes and analysis methods.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional specs.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French and English at C1.
• Strong analytical, communication, and adaptable approach.
• Experience with Agile delivery.
• Experience across architecture, security and production environments.

Responsabilités

• Clarify business needs, assess options, and evaluate costs and benefits.
• Define functional requirements, data, processes, and app impacts.
• Coordinate architects and technical teams on architecture and security.
• Follow development, testing, analyse defects, and support integration and release.
• Support deployment across environments and coordinate fixes for production incidents.
• Assist operational teams and keep solution documentation up to date.
