Qualifications

5–8 years experience as a BA in insurance/financial services.
Strong ability to analyze requirements and translate into functional specs.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of insurance processes and regulatory context.
Experience coordinating with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements via workshops and interviews.
Translate requirements into functional specs, rules, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze processes to identify gaps and improvements.
Assess impact of changes on applications, data flows, and operations.
Act as liaison between business and IT delivery teams.
Facilitate discussions among stakeholders, developers, and testers.
