Job summary

SQLI is expanding its Business Analyst team in Belgium. This role focuses on deepening expertise in digital commerce, turning business needs into effective digital solutions, and leading functional aspects of e-commerce projects across diverse clients and sectors.

You’ll contribute to discovery, requirements definitions, and delivery, while leveraging evolving AI-assisted tooling to improve speed and quality of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Core eCommerce experience in at least one platform is essential.
• Experience across discovery, requirements, and delivery in BA roles.
• Ability to produce user stories, specs, acceptance criteria and value matrices.
• Experience with pre-sales, estimates and statements of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, interviews and workshops.
• Define and structure project scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Take the functional lead, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support pre-sales activities and proposal responses.
• Work within SQLI's discovery framework and AI-assisted tooling.
• Stay updated on commerce trends, AI, and product discovery.
