EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide a team of analysts in West-Vlaanderen, Belgium, as part of an eCommerce transformation and legacy modernization project. The role emphasizes stakeholder alignment, process improvement, and delivery excellence across business and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and develop a team of business analysts; set priorities and quality standards.
• Build, own and improve BA processes and ways of working.
• Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers and engineering teams.
• Lead discussions, align viewpoints and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Own customer communication and ensure business needs are captured correctly.
• Conduct BA in sales/marketing with an eCommerce background.
• Document business processes, gather and define requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and problem definition.
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities to completion.
