In4Matic in Brussels seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support renewal of framework agreements by mapping current ways of working, analysing processes, and translating findings into clear requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape efficient, future‑oriented ICT solutions in a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment. The role involves workshops, tender assessments, and coordination across several workstreams, with occasional Ghent presence.

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to support the renewal of framework agreements by mapping the current way of working and underlying needs, analysing processes, and translating findings into clear requirements. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to help shape efficient, future-oriented solutions in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and current processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into structured and actionable documentation.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input, align expectations, and refine requirements.
• Support the development and optimisation of business processes within an ICT context.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across multiple interests and priorities.
• Contribute to the assessment of tenders and RFPs when required.
• Operate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment and support coordination across different workstreams.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in complex environments.
• Strong background in general business operations applied to ICT.
• Experience in a Business Analyst role, including processing and structuring information.
• Experience with business process management (BPM) and process optimisation.
• Knowledge of project management aspects such as cost, timing, coordination, planning, and estimates.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience facilitating workshops.
• Experience with public-sector work is considered an asset.
• Experience evaluating RFPs is considered an asset.
• Experience with public procurement tenders is considered an asset.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 people is considered an asset.

• Interviews are expected to take place within two weeks after the submission deadline.
• This is a long-term consulting opportunity.
• Language requirement: fluent Dutch at CEFR level C2.
