Moon delēz International in Belgium is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Côte d'Or BNX to own equity and communication across Benelux. You will lead integrated campaigns, manage agencies, and shape annual plans in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

You will guide brand positioning, grow net revenue, and manage a 2-person team within a collaborative, matrix organisation. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required.

Formación

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of FMCG brand marketing experience, local brands preferred.
• Proven track record in communication strategy, campaign development and agency management.
• Experience in brand positioning, equity development and creative briefing.
• Strong media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Benelux market knowledge is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, TV, OOH, and in-store activation.
• Brief and manage creative and media agencies to deliver outstanding work.
• Develop annual communication plans aligned to brand strategy.
• Monitor ROI and brand health KPIs to optimize campaigns.
• Define and evolve long-term Côte d'Or BNX brand positioning.
• Own media strategy across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Forecast and manage the marketing budget and brand P&L.
• Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BNX and Europe.
