Job summary

Mondelez International in Mechelen, Belgium, seeks a Senior Brand Manager Côte d'Or BNX - Equity & Communication to own the equity and communication agenda for Côte d'Or BNX. You will lead integrated campaigns, shape brand positioning, and manage media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.

You will own the P&L, forecast and manage the marketing budget, and lead a small team while partnering with cross-functional teams across BNX and the European marketing organisation to localise

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years FMCG brand marketing experience.
• Proven track record in communication strategy, campaign development, and agency management.
• Experience in brand positioning, equity development, and creative briefing.

Responsibilities

• Lead equity and communication strategy for Côte d'Or BNX across channels and campaigns.
• Define and strengthen brand positioning and equity framework with European Marketing Team.
• Own media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels; optimize budget and reach.
• Monitor category dynamics and translate insights into brand initiatives with the insights team.
• Lead and develop a team, collaborate cross-functionally with BNX and regional marketing.
