ElevenLabs in Belgium is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for enterprise buyers. This hands-on, in-country role focuses on creating programs that generate enterprise pipeline and raise the brand among technical buyers.

As the first marketing hire in Belgium, you will shape how Belgian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs, building repeatable engines that position ElevenLabs as the top choice for large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Ownership pedigree: led growth/marketing projects from start to finish.
• Deep knowledge of the Belgian market and enterprise buyers.
• Ability to work with minimal process and take initiative.
• Relentless commitment to excellence and clarity in impact.
• Curiosity about AI and the broader tech ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Belgian priority industries.
• Localize and execute ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, product launches, and outbound programs.
• Adapt global campaigns for Belgium and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Partner with local sales and global teams to ensure messaging consistency and high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance with data-driven optimization.
