ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation in Belgium. As the first marketing hire in-country, you will develop end-to-end campaigns targeting enterprise buyers and establish repeatable engines to drive pipeline.

You will collaborate with local sales and global teams, adapting global messaging for the Belgian market and measuring performance with data-driven experimentation to continuously improve impact.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven ability to own growth and marketing projects end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of the Belgian market and enterprise buyers.
• Ability to operate with minimal process and move quickly.
• Curious about AI and strong judgment on marketing effectiveness.

Responsabilités

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end in Belgium.
• Localize programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner marketing, product launches, outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns for Belgium and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Partner with local sales and global teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance using data and experiments.
