Daymaker is searching for a strategic Growth Marketer to build a scalable B2B growth engine, attract leads, and optimize conversions. You will also strengthen brand and engagement across channels, and drive B2C paid campaigns to acquire and retain users.

We value hands-on execution, data-driven decision making, and the ability to own growth initiatives across both B2B and B2C audiences. A flexible, fast-paced startup environment awaits in Hasselt, with remote work 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience with CRM, marketing automation and performance marketing platforms.
• Experience across both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Ability to design and optimize scalable funnels and systems.
• Data-driven mindset with a balance of creativity.

Responsabilités

• Build our B2B growth engine to attract leads and optimize conversion rate.
• Turn valuable content into lead-generating assets.
• Develop email marketing and marketing automation flows.
• Repurpose webinars, podcasts, whitepapers and other content into campaigns that convert.
• Measure, analyze and continuously improve performance.
• Create and coordinate organic social media content for new B2B brand(s).
• Build personalized and automated email journeys; ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns to attract new users and increase engagement.
• Support community growth through data-driven marketing.
• Design and execute our B2B lead generation strategy; define B2C marketing strategy.
