Job summary

Xeryon in Belgium is seeking a seasoned B2B marketer to lead content and campaigns. You will shape thought leadership, translate engineering know-how into credible content, and drive campaigns and nurture flows to convert interest into pipeline.

You will write and edit articles, web copy, emails, and event content, while coordinating with R&D to capture expertise. Expect a hybrid setup with flexible hours and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with proven content and campaign management
• Strong English writing that explains technical topics clearly
• Hands-on experience building and optimising nurture flows and measuring them
• Analytical mindset; data-driven decision making
• Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics
• Experience with account-based marketing and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Develop editorial plans and themes for thought leadership
• Write and edit articles, case studies, web copy, emails, webinars and events content
• Collaborate with R&D to translate technical know-how into credible content
• Research markets and competitors to position Xeryon effectively
• Create, manage and publish content on WordPress in coordination with the website lead
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across paid channels for qualified leads
• Design and run nurture, growth and activation flows
• Support account-based marketing with sales
