Job summary

Consult is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager – B2B Healthcare to lead multi-country campaigns across Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany. You will own print production plans, manage paid acquisition, email marketing and CRM, and turn supplier agreements into cross-channel campaigns.

In this senior role you will collaborate with the Marketing Project Manager and E-commerce Manager to keep banners, promos and content fresh, while reporting on ROAS and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing roles combining print production and digital
• Experience with multi-language, multi-country print production
• Hands-on Google Ads with Performance Max, Shopping and ROAS targets
• Strong email marketing skills on platforms such as Customer.io, Klaviyo or HubSpot
• Experience delivering and reporting on supplier-funded marketing budgets
• Fluent French and English

Responsibilities

• Leading the print plan: quarterly promotional flyers, catalogues, parcel inserts and special formats, from concept and product selection through to multi-language proofing and on-time production with designers and printers
• Running paid acquisition across multiple e-commerce sites
• Owning email marketing and CRM: a high-volume programme, automated customer journeys, segmentation
• Turning manufacturer marketing agreements into campaigns across every channel, then reporting results
• Keeping the websites commercially sharp with banners, featured products and promotions
• Leading the creative: flyer themes, seasonal campaigns, slogans and trade show concepts
