Job summary

Rhox in Brussels is seeking a senior content strategist to turn SEO, GEO and audience insights into actionable content plans and AI automation use cases.

You will shape editorial priorities and scale workflows that balance automation with human review, coordinating across marketing, IT, agencies and technology partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital marketing, strong expertise in content strategy, SEO and media planning, and fluency in English with Dutch or French at C1.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong experience in content strategy, SEO and/or digital editorial management.
• Expertise in media planning, media buying and negotiation.
• Familiarity with SAP, QAP and agile ceremonies.
• Knowledge of structured data, semantic SEO and content architecture.
• Understanding of LLMs, generative AI behaviour and GEO best practices.
• Ability to produce and edit clear, accurate, high-quality content.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, turning data into practical actions.
• Project management, stakeholder collaboration, communication and leadership skills.
• Dutch or French, C1; English, C1.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies, messaging frameworks and editorial roadmaps.
• Coordinate campaign content across marketing, IT, agencies and technology partners.
• Integrate SEO and GEO requirements into content planning.
• Define automation use cases, MVPs, workflows and quality criteria.
• Monitor performance through analytics and qualitative testing.
• Refine content strategies using search changes, AI trends and insights.
