Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, with at least six years of auditing experience and fluency in Dutch or French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering is required or strongly asset.
• Minimum 6 years of professional auditing experience with demonstrated client management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English; additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant audit projects with quality control to ensure reliable financial reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as the go-to contact for clients.
• Prepare and discuss opinions letters and financial statements, ensuring accuracy of reporting.
• Mentor and develop audit teams and junior colleagues to grow leadership capabilities.
• Participate in training through BDO Academy and external programs to stay updated on audit standards.
