BDO Belgium is seeking a Junior Manager to lead audit projects and build trust with clients while mentoring junior staff. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, identify risks, and deliver high-quality audit work across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of professional auditing experience.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead significant audit projects – take charge of complex audit files.
• Build trusted client relationships – you’re the go-to contact for clients and maintain independence and professionalism.
• Deliver peace of mind – manage the preparation and discussion of opinions letters and financial statements.
• Mentor and develop – lead audit teams and junior colleagues and build leadership skills.
• Stay ahead of the curve – get training through BDO Academy and external programs to stay sharp on audit standards and regulatory developments.
