Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering is required or highly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of professional auditing experience demonstrating technical capabilities and client management.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English; additional languages are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant audit projects with high quality and client confidence.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as main contact for clients.
• Prepare and discuss opinions letters and financial statements to ensure accurate reporting.
• Mentor and develop audit teams and junior colleagues.
• Participate in training through BDO Academy and external programs to stay current.
