MinDCet is seeking an experienced Analog IC Designer in Belgium to design analog, mixed-signal and power ICs from concept to final validation. You will lead projects, engage with international customers to translate requirements into robust solutions and drive design reviews with technical risk management.

The role requires 5–10 years in industrial IC design, expert knowledge of analog electronics, Cadence tools and MATLAB, and a willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week in

Qualifications

• Engineering master degree in microelectronics or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial IC design and project management.
• Expert knowledge of analog electronics and analytical problem solving.
• Expert user of Cadence tools and MATLAB.
• Ability to steer a project team and assess risks in planning and development.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work from our office at least 3 days per week.

• Design and develop analog, mixed-signal and power ICs from architecture and circuit design through tape-out and silicon validation.
• Develop state-of-the-art power conversion products and subblocks for demanding applications.
• Lead IC development projects and work directly with international customers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Drive design reviews, identify technical risks and find practical solutions throughout the development process.
• Plan and perform lab measurements, characterization and prototype validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise in analog design and power management.
