Focus areas include AI adoption, value realization, digital transformation, and future workforce skills. The internship is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week in Brussels or Lochristi offices.

Shape the future of AI adoption and organizational transformation Are you looking for a graduation internship where you can combine academic research with real-world organizational challenges? At Avanade Belgium, you will conduct your thesis research within Organizational Change Management (OCM), supported by experienced consultants and subject matter experts. Together, we define a research topic that fits your academic goals and addresses a relevant organizational challenge.

Your graduation project

You will conduct independent research on a topic that is relevant to both academia and practice. Throughout your internship, you will receive guidance from experienced consultants and subject matter experts.

Potential research themes

• AI adoption: What drives or hinders employee adoption of Generative AI?
• Value realization: How can organizations measure the adoption and business value of AI?
• Digital transformation: What makes large-scale technology adoption successful?
• Future workforce and skills: Which skills and capabilities are needed in an AI-enabled workplace?
