Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Belgium for a remote EMEA role with regular overlap with a London hub. You will own program structure, dependencies, and delivery visibility across a portfolio of AI-powered initiatives, partnering with engineers and product managers to ship platform releases, migrations, and integrations.

You will shape TPM practices, manage risks, and drive scalable processes while operating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Technical Program Management within AI/ML or platform infra contexts.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, dependencies, and external deadlines.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, and platform trade-offs.
• Proactive approach to blockers with hands-on collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish operating cadence and maintain team alignment with minimal bureaucracy.
• Own workback plans, dependency maps, and program health visibility.
• Lead end-to-end programs across releases, migrations, and cross-team initiatives.
• Provide concise executive updates and risk assessments for leadership.
• Translate technical realities into clear stakeholder communications.
• Support TPM practices, templates, and trackers across the org.
