Jobgether is seeking a Technical Operations Lead based in Belgium to turn operational problems into scalable systems, automations, and repeatable processes. You will own projects end to end, from identifying needs to building, launching, and embedding the solution within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience building and implementing operational systems, workflows, automations, integrations, or internal tools.

Responsabilités

• Own technical operations projects from problem identification to adoption and improvement.
• Translate business problems into scalable systems, workflows, and solutions.
• Migrate and standardize meeting-booking and website forms using HubSpot.
• Architect CRM structures for reporting, routing, and workflows with scalable data models.
• Connect Google Search Console, GA4, and Merchant Center with AI tools for insights.
• Automate repetitive processes across client management, sales, and partnerships.
• Drive post-implementation adoption and maintain system documentation.
• Write and debug code when required using AI-assisted development tools.
